In the early 2000s, China's poultry slaughtering industry entered a period of rapid expansion. The concentrated construction of numerous slaughterhouses created an urgent demand for specialized equipment. Yet behind this swift growth, after-sales service from slaughtering equipment manufacturers struggled to keep pace—slow repair response times and inadequate technical support became persistent industry pain points.
From Service-Oriented Beginnings to Leading the Way in Intelligent Manufacturing
In 2006, Mr. Mingshun, with his keen insight into the opportunities of the times, founded his own manufacturing factory – Zhucheng Xincheng Mingshun Machinery Co., Ltd. In the early stages of the business, we started with the simplest of promises: to solve our customers' after-sales problems as quickly as possible. It was this commitment to "timely response" that allowed us to accumulate invaluable practical experience through countless on-site repairs and installations and commissioning – we deeply understand the problems equipment encounters in real production environments, and more importantly, we know how to avoid these problems.

Over a decade of dedicated after-sales service has honed our unique ‘reverse-engineering’ advantage: each new piece of equipment eliminates hundreds of potential field hazards identified beforehand. Building upon this foundation, we have successfully enhanced core products including our main scalding machine, plucker machine, and spiral precooling machine. Additionally, we have pioneered new innovations such as automated chicken head cutting machine, automated chicken feet cutting machine, and automated duck feet cutting machine. In 2022, aligning with emerging trends in intelligent and digital solutions, the company formally adopted its new name: Shandong Mingshun Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The transition from ‘Mingshun Machinery’ to ‘Mingshun Intelligent’ signifies a change in name, yet remains steadfast in its founding principle of ‘customer-centricity’ and its relentless pursuit of excellence in quality.
