Semi automatic chicken cut up line
This equipment is designed according to the size of a 40-foot-long container, with a total of 16 operating stations, 23 food-grade nylon cones, and a maximum output of 1500 chickens per hour. The transmission line and conveyor belt are equipped with frequency converters, which can automatically adjust the operating speed, flexibly adjust the work efficiency and work output.
The main body of the equipment is composed of a 304 stainless steel frame, equipped with motor reducer transmission system, one stainless steel conveyor chain, one food-grade conveyor belt, one food-grade nylon cutting board and one food-grade meat cutting board.
The equipment is currently widely used in Russia and Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, etc. It is suitable for chicken meat processing plants and food processing plants for the division and cutting of chicken.
